How are digital files delivered?
Your files are available as an instant download after payment is confirmed. A download link is also provided in your account and order email.
Which file formats are included?
Each product page lists the included formats. Depending on the artwork, downloads may include high-resolution PNG, SVG, PDF, or other production-ready files.
Can I use the artwork commercially?
Commercial use is allowed when the product includes a commercial license. Please review the license terms on the product page before publishing or selling your work.
Where can I find my downloads?
Open My Account and select Downloads or Orders. You can also use the download link in your order confirmation email.
Do you ship physical products?
No. PressReady Studio sells digital artwork only. Nothing is shipped by mail, and your files are delivered online.
What if I need help with a file?
Email hello@pressreadystudio.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We usually reply within 1 business day.
Orders & Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Available payment options are shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely; we never see or store your full card details.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. You can check out as a guest and download from the confirmation page and email. Creating an account lets you re-download your files anytime from My Account → Downloads.
Is there any shipping?
No. Every product is a digital download, so there are no shipping fees or delivery times.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Because files are delivered instantly, all sales are final. If a file is faulty or you bought the same design twice, contact us and we will fix it or refund you. See our Refund Policy.
Do you charge sales tax?
Any applicable tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Licensing & Files
What can I do with the designs?
Print them on t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, bags and other products and sell those products, including through print-on-demand services like Printful and Printify.
What am I not allowed to do?
You may not resell, share or give away the digital files, use them as stock or templates, or register them as a trademark. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
Can I edit the artwork?
Yes. You can recolor, resize, crop or combine the artwork with your own work.
What resolution are the files?
PNG files are high resolution (typically 4500 × 5400 px at 300 DPI) with a transparent background. When a product includes an SVG file, it is vector and can be scaled to any size.
My download link does not work. What now?
Log in to My Account → Downloads, or email hello@pressreadystudio.com with your order number and we will reset your link.
Do you take custom design requests?
Yes. Send us your idea through the contact page and we will reply with options and pricing.
