Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms under which digital products are sold through pressreadystudio.com. By placing an order and confirming this Agreement at checkout, the buyer accepts its terms.

1. Parties

Buyer: the person or business who places an order on the website, using the name, email and billing details entered at checkout.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is the sale of downloadable digital artwork files (such as high-resolution PNG files) listed on the website, and the rights and obligations of the parties under the applicable distance contract rules of the Republic of Türkiye.

3. Product, Price and Payment

  • The product name, file format, price and usage terms are shown on the product page and in the order summary before payment.
  • All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). No shipping fee applies because products are delivered digitally.
  • Payments are made by credit or debit card and are processed securely by PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş., a licensed payment institution. PressReady Studio does not see or store full card details.
  • Your card issuer may apply its own currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally. Once payment is approved, download links are shown on the order confirmation page, sent to the buyer’s email address and made available in the buyer’s account. No physical product is shipped. Details are set out in our Delivery Policy.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is delivered instantly in electronic form. By completing the purchase, the buyer expressly agrees that delivery starts immediately and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once the download is made available.

This does not affect the buyer’s rights for faulty files. Corrupted files, files that are not as described and duplicate purchases are handled under our Refund Policy.

6. License and Use

The purchase grants a license to use the artwork under the terms published in our Terms & Conditions. Ownership of the artwork and its copyright remains with PressReady Studio. Reselling, sharing or redistributing the original files is not permitted.

7. Seller Obligations

  • To deliver the purchased files as described on the product page.
  • To provide a working replacement file, or a refund, if a delivered file is corrupted or not as described.
  • To protect the buyer’s personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Buyer Obligations

  • To provide accurate order and contact information.
  • To review the product description, file format and license terms before purchase.
  • To use the files only within the scope of the purchased license.

9. Complaints and Disputes

Questions and complaints can be sent to hello@pressreadystudio.com. We reply within 1–2 business days. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts within the monetary limits set each year, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights in their country of residence.

10. Entry into Force

This Agreement is shown to the buyer before payment and enters into force when the order is placed. The Seller keeps an electronic record of each order and this Agreement.
